Cross-product score
One number for the health of your organization
Org Score rolls hiring, compensation, culture, and leadership signals into a single, honest read, so leaders share a starting point, then drill into the specifics that matter. This page explains the idea; the live dashboard ships in a later release.
What it is
A single read, rolled up from real signals
Org Score is one figure on a 0-100 scale that summarizes how your organization is doing across four domains. It's composed from the products you use, and it never stops being explainable.
Think of it as the headline above the article. It tells you, at a glance, whether things are trending the right way, and exactly which contributing signal to open next when they’re not.

How it's composed
Four products, one rolled-up score
Each SignalSuite product owns a domain of organizational health and contributes a normalized read. Use one and the score reflects it; use more and it broadens.
- HireSignalHiring & onboarding experience: does the funnel keep the people it attracts?
- SalarySignalCompensation health: is pay equitable, consistent, and defensible?
- CultureSignalCulture & sentiment: what does day-to-day actually feel like, live?
- ManagerSignalLeadership quality: are managers building trust, team by team?
Why one number
A shared headline beats four scattered dashboards
The value of Org Score isn't the number itself. It's the alignment and the fast path to detail that the number creates.
One number to align on
Leaders don't need four dashboards in a status meeting. They need a shared starting point. Org Score gives everyone the same headline before they drill in.
Movement you can act on
A single rolled-up figure makes direction obvious. When the number moves, you know to ask why, and the contributing signals tell you where to look.
Depth on demand
The score never hides the detail. Every point traces back to a product, a dimension, and the anonymized themes underneath it.
Patterns, not people
A single number is powerful, which is exactly why we’re strict about what it can and can’t be. Here’s what Org Score will never do.
- Score or rank individual employees. Org Score is an organizational read, never a personal one.
- Surface who said what. Results respect the same k-anonymity threshold as every product underneath.
- Replace judgment with a number. It's a starting point for a conversation, not a verdict.
- Track activity or monitor behavior. It reflects what people report, not what they do.
